We are currently seeking an new team member for our client – the leading gas company in Northern Europe.
IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST (f/m)
based in Vilnius
As a Support responsible for Lithuania you will be part of the regional Help Desk team.
The main tasks for the IT Support responsible will be:
• 1 & 2 level support for the end users in Lithuania.
• 1 & 2 level support for the sales depots in Lithuania.
• Administration and maintenance of the local servers in Lithuania.
• Configuration of user setting and rights in Active Directory.
• Basic network administration.
Some travelling within the region (Baltic, Scandinavia) must be expected.
To succeed in this role we believe you should be in possession of:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems (Windows XP).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft server OS.
• Basic knowledge about TCPIP.
• To be a loyal employee, receptive, tolerant to stress and interested in his/her work.
• To have a good knowledge and understanding of the business areas.
• Understand the customers and their needs, and thereby develop good customer relationships.
• Speak and write English fluently.
Skills which will be emphasized are:

• persistent and self going;
• curiosity and willingness to learn and discover.
Driver license and car is a must.
