Exigen Services is a provider of business process optimization services and technology that generates financial returns for our clients. Exigen business process solutions reduce the total cost of service delivery operations by providing measurable improvements to business processes.
We are seeking experienced java developers to be part of implementation of highly visible customer solution project in the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for participating in development, maintenance and enhancement of business applications with a strong emphasis in Java development;
• Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, analyzing requirements, and designing, building, testing and implementing solutions;
• Build solutions and resolve issues of moderate to high complexity;
• Work according to best practices and standards;
• Thrive in a fast-paced development environment.
Required skills and experience:
• Experience in information technology industry and J2EE solutions;
• At least two years software development experience in Java;
• Good English written, spoken and reading skills;
• Ability to work in team.
Desired skills and experience, which would be considered as an advantage:
• Knowledge of XML, SOAP, JSF, Spring, Maven, Richfaces, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS;
• Knowledge of Hibernate (JPA version); SQL+HQL; Oracle or Microsoft SQL server; Liquibase scripts.
• Experience with IDEA/Eclipse, Tomcat, Jboss, IBM Websphere;
• Experience in automated testing with Selenium2;
• Experience in insurance industry;
